The National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) has released findings from a comprehensive study examining gambling ‍regulations across the United⁣ States. The analysis reveals that numerous states do not fully comply ⁢with the council’s⁢ Internet Responsible Gambling Standards (IRGS).

The ⁤NCPG emphasized that this report meticulously compared state laws and regulations against the IRGS benchmarks.

The primary aim of ⁣this document was to pinpoint deficiencies in‌ existing state legislation and propose ⁤actionable recommendations for enhancing consumer protection⁤ against potential harms associated with gambling.
